We are looking for a Cloud Services Analyst to join BrokerLink and work out of Alberta, Ontario or our Atlantic region. On a Permanent FT basis.
To be a successful candidate, you will need to have hands-on experience with Cloud computing technologies, with emphasis on Microsoft cloud offerings. You will also need to understand the fundamentals of operating system provisioning, configuration management and software updating. You will need to have a strong understanding of common I.T.-related hardware and services, and you will need to understand computer networks and best practices. You will need to understand Incident Management systems. Nice to have Microsoft Copilot experience. Ability to work after business hours as required. Fluent in Microsoft operating systems and productivity suites.

Provisions and administrates Azure Cloud, Microsoft 365, SharePoint and associated servicesPerforms deployments and solution installationsMonitors cloud environments for performance and uptimeEnsure security policies and processes are adhered toProvides input on vulnerability relevancy and participates in reviews with security teamTests recommended patches, including security patches, bug fixes and feature updatesProvides routine and ad-hoc reportingCreates and maintains documentation including SOP’sAssists with product research, evaluation, and procurementCoordinates activities with employees, partners, vendors, and other support staffDemonstrates excellent interpersonal communication skillsThe Successful candidate will have :
