Our client is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer or Engineering Project Manager passionate about delivering critical community-focused building projects.

    • Your Responsibilities

  • Lead client meetings, deliver presentations, and manage assigned projects.
  • Oversee a team of designers and drafters, ensuring seamless coordination across internal and external teams.
  • Act as Contract Administrator when required.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget, managing change orders and contract amendments.
  • Address technical and financial project-related inquiries.
  • Collaborate with external consultants and vendors for successful project delivery.

    • Your Qualifications

  • 5+ years of electrical engineering project management experience in building services.
  • P.Eng. designation preferred; senior C.E.T. candidates with equivalent experience will also be considered.
  • Knowledge of local building codes and standards.
  • Experience in Commercial, Healthcare, Educational, Light Industrial, or Multi-Family Residential projects.
  • Proficient in project procurement methodologies.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience working with external consultants and contractors.
  • LEED certification or sustainable design experience is a plus.
