The Role

We are seeking an AI Developer to independently design, estimate, and deliver technically excellent AI solutions. This is a hands-on, intermediate-level individual contributor role. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of AI applications, from technical design to production deployment and maintenance, with a focus on producing high-quality, robust, and optimized systems.

Responsibilities

• System Design & Implementation : Independently design and build end-to-end machine learning systems, including architecting scalable data pipelines, developing model serving APIs, and creating the core infrastructure for AI applications.
• Full Lifecycle Ownership : Take full ownership of the development lifecycle for AI projects. Estimate project scope, plan technical tasks, and deliver high-quality code.
• MLOps & Deployment : Implement and manage MLOps practices, including automated model training, versioning, and CI / CD pipelines. Ensure models are deployed reliably and efficiently in a production environment.
• Performance & Optimization : Proactively optimize models and infrastructure for performance, cost, and reliability. This includes deep technical work to ensure efficient resource utilization.
• Collaboration : Work autonomously while collaborating with the team to integrate AI components into larger production systems.
