Chef d'équipe BI
Notre client recherche un Chef d'Équipe BI Production pour diriger une équipe de 6 à 8 personnes dans un environnement dynamique et en constante évolution.
Ce rôle de gestion, principalement orienté sur la coordination, nécessite une solide compréhension des technologies Microsoft et une aptitude à vulgariser des concepts complexes pour différents publics.
Responsabilités : Superviser, encadrer et soutenir une équipe de 6 à 8 spécialistes BI, en s'assurant qu'ils atteignent leurs objectifs de performance.
Gérer plusieurs projets simultanément, en garantissant la qualité et le respect des délais.Collaborer étroitement avec les autres départements pour assurer l'alignement des initiatives BI avec les objectifs de l'entreprise.
Vulgariser les concepts techniques pour les parties prenantes non techniques, facilitant ainsi la prise de décision.Assurer une veille technologique constante pour intégrer les meilleures pratiques et les innovations au sein de l'équipe.
Maintenir un environnement de travail agile et ouvert au changement, en étant proactif dans la gestion des priorités.Exigences : Expérience avérée en gestion d'équipe dans le domaine de la BI, avec un accent sur les technologies Microsoft (Power BI, SQL Server, Azure).
Capacité démontrée à gérer plusieurs projets à la fois, en s'adaptant rapidement aux changements de priorités.Excellentes compétences en communication, notamment dans la vulgarisation d'informations techniques complexes.
Capacité à travailler dans un rôle de gestion avec peu d'implication technique directe, tout en maintenant une compréhension approfondie des processus BI.
