Overview NOTE : HYBRID work model, 2 days / week in Montreal, Quebec Office Type : 6-Month Contract (7 hours / day, 35 hours / week) Skills : UI / UX Design, Figma, Sketch, Wireframing, Prototyping, Design Systems, Agile Methodologies Industry : B2C DESCRIPTION : We are seeking a UI / UX Designer to design intuitive and accessible interfaces for our healthcare platform’s web and mobile applications. You will play a key role in shaping user experiences that improve patient and provider interactions with digital health tools. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Design user interfaces for digital healthcare products (web & mobile).
  • Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts.
  • Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across platforms.
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders in an Agile environment.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterate based on feedback .

REQUIREMENTS :

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating UI / UX design work (healthcare experience a plus).
  • Proficiency in Figma or Sketch (Figma preferred).
  • Experience designing for both web and mobile applications .
  • Ability to work in an Agile development environment.
  • Strong visual design skills with attention to typography, color, and layout.
  • Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) is a plus.
