Housekeeping Supervisor

As a Housekeeping Supervisor your attention to detail will show the Housekeeping team that you are committed to providing luxury Guest experiences. Starting Rate :  $24.00 per hour

We recognize tenure through our compensation. Hourly rates increase after six months and yearly to three years. At three years the pay rate for this role would be $28.76.

Job Duties Include :

• Ensure service excellence through inspections VIP arrivals and addressing guest concerns.
• Coach train and manage team performance fostering a motivated and high-performing team.
• Oversee daily housekeeping tasks maintenance reporting and adherence to safety and cleanliness standards.
• Manage supplies deep cleaning initiatives and special projects such as renovations.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure efficiency guest satisfaction and smooth operations.
