A Day in the life :

  • Make proactive outbound calls to patients in the database to schedule their next appointment
  • Evaluate prospective client potential, aligning with sales team expectations
  • Respond to inbound calls / leads and online inquiries
  • Successfully overcome patient objections through active listening and effective questioning skills
  • Manage clinic calendars by maximizing quality appointments
  • Demonstrate ability to meet targets
  • Maintain accurate client records and ensure database integrity
  • What You Bring :

  • 1+ years of experience in outbound calling or appointment setting environment with high volume and target-driven goals
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to build appointment value, and overcome objections, while building trust
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast pace environment
  • Tech savvy with the ability to quickly learn systems and applications
  • Motivated individual with a strong desire to exceed goals and contribute to team success
  • Passion for helping others live life to its fullest potential
