Construction Risk Management Specialist (RMS)

Onsite Role in North York, ON
- Minimum five (5) years of experience as a full-time Project Risk Professional preferably in a civil infrastructure, construction project environment.
- Hands-on experience with reviewing technical documents (drawings, design basis, schedules and estimates) for the purpose of understanding the project scope and identifying risks.
- Demonstrates experience with leading and facilitating risk workshops.
- Hands-on experience with the data collection and qualitative and quantitative risk analysis to support making risk-informed decisions.
- Sound understanding of basic engineering and construction methodologies.
- Strong time management; ability to prioritize and balance competing demands in a deadline driven environment.
- Excellent written, verbal, non-verbal and visual communication skills.
- Must have or rapidly acquire a comprehensive knowledge of the Ontario Human Rights Code and Related Orders including disability accommodation and accessibility requirements pertaining to passengers and employees.
