We are seeking a Manager or Senior Manager to join and help shape our growing Agriculture Team. This opportunity is ideal for a CPA who is passionate about agriculture values long-term client relationships and is excited to contribute to the continued development of a specialized and evolving practice area.

What youll bring to the team

• CPA designation with 2 7 years of progressive post-CPA experience in public practice or a professional services environment.
• A passion for working with clients in the agriculture industry - producers family farms and agri-related businesses.
• Strong technical foundation with the ability to see the big picture and identify opportunities to add value for agriculture clients.
• Confidence managing client relationships end-to-end including planning delivery and communication.
• A leadership mindset with a genuine interest in mentoring and developing junior team members.
• Curiosity initiative and enthusiasm for contributing to an evolving practice area.
