Client Services Representative

We are looking for a motivated and client-focused individual to join our clients team as a Client Services Representative (Tax Services) . In this role, you will make outbound calls to past clients, offering them the opportunity to review their tax filings and apply for eligible credits for a fee. You will play a key role in helping clients maximize their tax benefits while delivering a professional and informative customer experience.

Please note : this is a full time permanent position, Monday-Friday 830-5pm.

Key Responsibilities :

• Make 80 -100 outbound calls per day to past clients to discuss potential tax adjustments.
• Identify missing tax credits and explain the process for applying adjustments.
• Follow a call script and CRM workflow to ensure consistent, accurate client interactions.
• Maintain detailed records of client conversations and outcomes in the CRM system.
• Provide excellent customer service while promoting the value of tax adjustment services.
• Participate in training to learn the CRM, call scripts, and best practices for client engagement.
