Capacitor Metals Corp. is seeking an entry-level Office Manager to join our team in Vancouver, BC. This is a full-time, on-site role. The Office Manager will be responsible for coordinating daily office operations, providing administrative support, managing office equipment, assisting with investor relations tasks, and ensuring a professional office environment. Additional duties include handling customer inquiries, maintaining office supplies, and supporting internal communications.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills to effectively interact with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in office administration and administrative assistance to manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and support overall office functionality.
- Experience operating and maintaining office equipment such as copiers, printers, and telecommunication systems.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with email tools.
- Relevant experience or education in administrative assistance, office management, or a related field is an asset.
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment are essential.
