En tant que Analyste Système / Programmeur, vos principales responsabilités seront de maximiser l'allocation et la rentabilité de notre prestation de services en dirigeant la programmation logicielle et l'intégration de solutions de systèmes de sécurité.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Programmation et étalonnage des contrôleurs de porte
- Programmation et étalonnage des caméras IP
- Programmation et étalonnage des serveurs associés pour l'équipement de sécurité
- Participation aux déploiements / mises à niveau / migrations de logiciels
- Effectuer des tests de bout en bout avant de déployer toutes les mises à niveau et modifications majeures
- Effectuer des visites sur le site des clients
- Répondre aux billets de service pour assurer la disponibilité des applications et les performances du système
- Travailler individuellement et en équipe pour diagnostiquer et résoudre les problèmes d'application
- Produire une documentation technique de qualité décrivant les facettes conceptuelles et quantitatives du déploiement du système, destinée à un public technique et non technique
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Diplôme d'études post-secondaire en développement de logiciels ou instrumentation et contrôle
- Formation Cisco , CompTIA, ou autre en réseautique
- Expérience de programmation, que ce soit dans l'automatisation des bâtiments (PLC, HMI), l'audiovisuel (Crestron, AMX, control4) ou la sécurité (Lenel, Genetec, Kantech, Gallagher)
- Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et verbale
- Permis de conduire valide
- Capable de travailler de façon autonome

ROLE
As a System Analyst / Programmer, your main responsibilities will be to maximize the allocation and profitability of our service delivery by leading software programming and the integration of security system solutions.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Programming and calibration of door controllers
- Programming and calibration of IP cameras
- Programming and calibration of associated servers for security equipment
- Participation in software deployments / upgrades / migrations
- Perform end-to-end testing before deploying all major upgrades and changes
- Conduct visits to customers' sites
- Respond to service tickets to ensure application availability and system performance
- Work individually and as a team to diagnose and resolve application issues
- Produce quality technical documentation describing the conceptual and quantitative facets of the system deployment, intended for a technical and non-technical audience
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Post-Secondary Diploma in Software Development or Instrumentation and Control
- Cisco, CompTIA, or other networking training
- Programming experience, whether in building automation (PLC, HMI), audiovisual (Crestron, AMX, control4) or security (Lenel, Genetec, Kantech, Gallagher)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Valid driver's license
- Able to work independently
