Administrative / Order Management Assistant - VSDH

Join to apply for the Administrative / Order Management Assistant - VSDH role at Victory Square Technologies. VS Digital Health provides administrative and management services and technology solutions to affiliated PCs within a 360-degree healthcare platform.

Overview

VS Digital Health offers smart, connected devices, at-home diagnostic tests, personalized digital guidance and monitoring, 24 / 7 / 365 access to healthcare professionals, and prescription delivery. The company is affiliated with a national network of professional corporations (PCs) and provides administrative and management support to these PCs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Knowledgeable with IV infusion, IV supplies, & medical products
  • Maintains adequate stock of medications and supplies
  • Basic computer skills – email, spreadsheets, etc.
  • Organizational skills to manage and process multiple online orders from multiple sales channels. Training provided
  • Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms
  • Produce monthly reports using software tools provided
  • Communicate effectively with multiple supply vendors
  • Develop and maintain a filing system
  • Problem solving skills

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or the equivalent
  • 1-3+ years of pharmacy experience or hospital environment experience preferred
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • A Team Player
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to plan, organize, and prioritize work
  • Ability to work independently as well as with a team
  • Ability to analyze, problem-solve and take the initiative
  • Open and accountable
  • Ability to work varying shift patterns as needed
