YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES AS QUALITY AND INVENTORY CONTROL SPECIALIST :
- Perform quality control inspections on incoming raw materials to ensure specifications meet quality standards.
- Conduct quality checks on outgoing products to validate accurate assembly and packaging.
- Conduct root cause analyses of non-conformance incidents; maintain tracking systems for non-conformance and prepare corrective actions.
- Perform factory quality control audits to meet customer compliance standards.
- Investigate product issues, customer complaints and warranty claims.
- Manage and maintain document control systems and supplier communications.
- Lead various projects, including inventory control, warehousing, and production.
- Manage on-site inventory to maintain accurate records of in-coming and out-going materials.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR IN A QUALITY AND INVENTORY CONTROL SPECIALIST :
- 2+ years of quality control experience within a manufacturing or warehousing environment
- Demonstrated experience managing quality control systems
- Working knowledge of manufacturing, quality control, and warehouse operations
- Process-driven work ethic; adaptability and confidence in developing and implementing processes
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems and manage change
