Randstad Canada is hiring for an Electromechanical Assembler in Delta for one of our leading clients in the electric vehicle (EV) manufacturing industry.

This position is intended to be an initial contract via Randstad Canada until the employee is able to converted to the client's team as an internal employee.

The location is on Cliveden Ave, Delta.

This is a full-time position at 40 hours per week with opportunity for overtime.

Starting wage is $18 / hr.

Responsibilities

Assemble and mount components per standard layouts.

Wire electrical products with standard options per drawings and schematics.

Wire non-standard products under guidance.

Perform continuity checks.

Complete checklists.

Assemble enclosures / structures.

Deliver sub-assemblies to production areas.

Maintain inventory with cycle counts and standard procedures

Qualifications

Grade 12 or equivalent education

Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Team player

Knowledge / experience with basic wiring schematic symbols is an asset
