Job description
  • Leading and mentoring the marketing department
  • Establishing and implementing processes to algin strategies and responsibilities across e-commerce, design and brand marketing
  • Developing and managing the annual department budget
  • Driving the development, implementation, and execution of marketing plans for several different brands
  • Overseeing key goals in sales, brand marketing and content across all marketing channels
  • Guiding brand strategy and alignment
  • Managing and negotiating with 3rd parties and managing the relationships with public relations agencies, influencers, etc.
  • Tracking, and optimizing the effectiveness and impact of marketing initiatives
  • Planning and executing digital marketing campaigns (paid advertising, email marketing, social media)
  • Formulating and executing strategies to increase brand awareness through content marketing and enhancing Google ranking
  • Utilizing SEO strategies to enhance organic search rankings and drive relevant traffic
  • Developing customer engagement strategies to enhance brand loyalty, increase customer lifetime value and encourage word of mouth traffic
  • Monitoring and analyzing KPIs related to online sales, website traffic, conversion rates and customer acquisition cost

    The Ideal Candidate :

    • Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, or related field
    • 7+ years of digital brand management experience
    • Previous experience leading social media, public relations, and content
    • 5+ years of leadership experience
    • Proficiency in SEO, E-Commerce, Email Marketing and Google Analytics
    • Experience with social media analytics platforms
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
    • Complimentary Experience :

    • Experience working with consumer goods
