JOB SUMMARY :

As a memberof the Marketing team, the Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. You will play a crucial role in enhancing brand awareness, driving website traffic, and generating leads or sales. This position requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and strategic thinking to execute successful online marketing initiatives.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Develop, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Configure and maintain DNS / GTM / GA4 settings for all company websites
  • Manage and oversee Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
  • Monitor and analyze website traffic, conversions, and user engagement through Google Analytics and other analytics tools.
  • Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to enhance organic search rankings.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to create visually appealing and compelling digital marketing materials.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, digital marketing best practices, and emerging technologies.
  • Act as a key touch point for cross-functional teams to manage website project priorities and establish execution timelines
  • Develop and maintain lead generation / assignment automation for USA and CANADA markets
  • Create and manage email DRIP automations
  • Implement and maintain integrations with RegFox (Salesforce), GO2 Webinar (Salesforce), and Showpad (Salesforce)
  • Manage and oversee sales enablement tool (Showpad)
  • Coordinate off-trend marketing automation campaigns
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience on the ecommerce website
  • Analyze all digital marketing initiatives, generate insights, and provide actionable recommendations to optimize campaigns, increase conversions, and drive revenue growth.

  • MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :

    Technical Knowledge / Experience

  • Detail-oriented, quality-focused, and driven to consistently meet competing deadlines
  • Self-motivated and curious, who always strives for excellence and eager to learn more about the industry trends and developments related to the digital landscape
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of digital marketing KPIs, digital acquisition channels, and digital marketing campaign programs (Facebook Ads Suite, Google Ads, Google Analytics, etc.)
  • Experience using CRM tools such as HubSpot, Pardot, or Salesforce
  • Experience testing digital engagement strategies and optimizing programs based on campaign results
  • Excellent writing (proofreading, editing, etc.) and oral communication skills
  • Graphic design skills preferred but not required
  • A Bachelor’s degree or college equivalent program in Business with a focus in Marketing and / or 3 to 5 years of experience working in a similar role
