About the Role

Do you love finding the story behind the numbers Are you a data detective who thrives on turning chaos into clarity This onsite position based out of our Sherwood Park Alberta office is designed for someone who enjoys close collaboration with cross-functional teams and has a strong appetite for digging into data and surfacing insights that drive real business decisions.

In this role youll be expected to :

• Pull data from multiple sources (BIS platform HubSpot Google Analytics / Ads accounting / finance tools) and validate it to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Build and deliver clear decision-ready weekly and monthly reports (slides PDFs dashboards).
• Clean combine and maintain data with consistent methodology.
• Sanity-check numbers with subject matter experts across departments and document metric definitions assumptions and sources.
• Investigate data discrepancies or gaps and coordinate with data owners to resolve them.
• Proactively flag and address inconsistencies in tagging missing data fields and testing artifacts.
• Respond to ad hoc data requests from leadership quickly sourcing and visualizing key metrics.
• Support the shift from manual reporting to automated dashboards through tools like Power BI or Amazon QuickSight.
