Minimum five years’ experience in facilities management with direct management of maintenance, mechanical projects and subcontracted services
Holds or pursuing an accredited Commercial Real Estate designation (RPA, CPM, FMA, FMP)
Exposure to and knowledge of residential, commercial, and agriculture leases
Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and Power BI
Excellent time management and organizational skills to simultaneously handle and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel as well as knowledge of computerized accounting systems
Extensive knowledge of budgeting, administrative and accounting processes
Comprehensive understanding of building operations and building systems
Strong leadership and supervisory / management skills, including the ability to lead a team of staff to achieve standards and accomplish objectives

What will you do?
Oversee buildingoperations, repairs, tenant requests and the Preventive Maintenance Program forassigned portfolio
Coach and supportoperational teams by providing leadership and staff development
In collaborationwith operational teams, ensure that proper training is received in theadministration and management of assigned portfolio
Implementorganizational strategy within areas of responsibility
Establish andmaintain the operations for new business initiatives
Provide bottom line accountability for the portfolio’s operational results including managing Key Performance Indicator (KPI) components
Perform financial control activities including the development ofannual operating budgets, monthly budget analysis, variances and reforecastallocations
