Qualifications
You demonstrate excellence through your :
- A minimum of a college diploma in journalism or a related field and at least two years’ experience as a Broadcast Journalist reporting on daily news.
- Ability to generate, pitch and pursue strong, creative story ideas as well as write accurate and compelling scripts.
- Strong interview skills and a comfortable, dynamic on-air presence.
- Ability to leverage social media and digital platforms.
- Ability work independently and to be a team player, flexible and adept at fostering positive working relationships.
- Ethos of non-partisan public service in support of good governance and healthy democracy.
- Enjoyment of watching political debates and keen interest in, and knowledge of, current affairs.
