Our client, a nationally recognized company, is seeking a bilingual Electronic Billing (E-Billing) Specialist to join and strengthen its accounting team.

YOUR ROLE:

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and reviewing invoices and ensuring their submission through an electronic billing platform;

• Analyzing and resolving billing-related issues;

• Acting as a resource person for information requests and report creation;

• Creating new electronic accounts and managing their updates;

• Collaborating with the accounting team on accounts receivable management and other follow-ups.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Degree in accounting or any combination of education and experience deemed relevant;

• Relevant experience in electronic billing within a professional services environment;
• Strong command of both French and English, spoken and written;
• Proven experience with electronic billing platforms, accounting software, and Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of 3E software is an asset;
• Professional rigour, discretion, and attention to detail;
• Strong team spirit and collaboration skills;
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage priorities and deadlines;
• Strong communication and customer service orientation.
