is looking for an outgoing and highly organized individual to join our team as a Receptionist / Data Entry Clerk
Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and experience with multi-line phone systems is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and direct inbound calls in a pleasant and professional manner.
- Greet and assist walk-in customers.
- Prepare and process work orders for services and deliveries.
- Monitor incoming emails and forward them to the appropriate department or respond directly to customers regarding services, deliveries, rentals, or sales.
- Contact customers to confirm required services.
- Provide administrative support and assist with special projects as needed.
Required Qualifications
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.Team player with a positive and outgoing attitude.Excellent attention to detail.Strong written and verbal communications skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and independently with minimal supervision.Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and Sage Simply Accounting.Knowledge of accounts payable / receivable, HST returns, payroll, and payroll deductions is an asset.Bilingualism is considered a definite plus.Hours of Work
Monday to Friday, 8 : 30 AM – 5 : 00 PM
