In this role you will be a part of the Solid Waste Management team based in the Brampton or Hamilton ON office. The ideal applicant will be skilled in communication multitasking and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment. You possess advanced proficiency in MS Office as well as being adaptable and motivated to learn.

What a day at EXP has in store for you

• Communicate relevant project information accurately and effectively and internal teams.
• Ensure client needs are addressed in a timely and cost-effective manner.
• Facilitate the review and approval for key project documentation including RFIs Quality Records Shop Drawings Technical Reports Design Certificates and As-Built Models

Coordinate project meetings by preparing presentations and accurately documenting meeting minutes.
