Our public Sector client requires a Service Desk analysts (Technical Analysts) to join their team for an initial 6 month contract starting mid-January 2022

These people will work on-site in downtown Toronto to provide support to their user community.

DUTIES :

  • Image computer laptop & desktop
  • Perform computer memory upgrade
  • Packing computers for shipments
  • Update & manage computer inventory
  • Inspect & clean (if require) the returned computer
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose computer issues
  • Work with ServiceDesk to resolve imaging & computer issues

Advantages

  • This position requires on-site attendance 5 days a week
  • There is a potential to renew after the initial 6 month contract
  • Easy access to office via public transit ( subway)
  • working core business hours during the week ( typically between 8 : 00 AM and 4 : 00 PM)

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Computer Science or technical support diploma
  • Minimum 3-yr computer / technical support experience
  • Good communication skill

NICE TO HAVE : oA+ certification

oA+ certification

oWindows 10 / 11 imaging process

oWindows 10 & 11 experience

oITIL experience

oMD-100 certification (Microsoft Modern Desktop Administrator : Windows 10)

Summary

MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS

Diploma in computer Science or Technical support 3-5 years

Experience troubleshooting S / W & H / W issues 3-5 years

Experience with Windows 10 & 11 3-5 years

Experience imaging laptop and desktop computers 2-3 years

Helpdesk / Service Desk support 3-5 years

NICE TO HAVE QUALIFICATIONS

A+ certification 1-2 years

ITIL 1-2 years
