Field Engineer – CaptiveAire Systems

Position Summary

The Field Engineer will serve as engineering support for our sales team assisting with construction management and after‑sales field support. This role will require frequent travel to job sites throughout a specific territory but will be based at our sales office in _____________. The position will include both field and office work.

Typical Tasks

• Estimated 50% to 75% of time spent in the field on job sites.
• Supporting installations and equipment start‑ups to ensure high quality outcomes and adherence to engineering principles.
• Handling complex troubleshooting issues.
• Customer service and coordination with all parties – CaptiveAire team, contractors, engineers, installers, CaptiveAire Service.

$70k-$100k base, negotiable dependent on experience, with additional monthly bonus based on productivity and profits.
