Program Manager – Senior Individual Contributor

We are looking for someone passionate about coordinating strategic projects to take on the role of Program Manager (senior individual contributor). This position involves supporting the success of digital transformation initiatives by acting as the central point for communication, issue management, and consolidation of key information. The role requires strong organizational skills, a strategic vision, and the ability to collaborate with a variety of stakeholders, including senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present concise reports for governance and workstream meetings (including key milestones and risks).
• Support workstream leads in creating and updating presentations (deployment communications, strategic documents, etc.).
• Identify and elevate problems requiring leadership support.
• Collaborate with the finance team to track plans, deployment impact, and consolidate financial reports.
• Work with project managers and workstream leads to manage interdependencies between initiatives.
• Maintain data reliability in tracking tools and advise on prioritization of milestones and initiatives.
• Support cascading communications and behavioral changes across the organization.
• Prepare the post‑deployment plan and assist leads in maximizing value and adoption.
