The successful candidate will be responsible for :
- Assisting lawyers in drafting wills, powers of attorney, and estate documents
- Managing client files and effectively communicating with clients, beneficiaries, and other parties, as required.
- Supporting the administration of estates, including preparation of probate applications, estate accounts
- Maintaining confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism in all interactions
- Performing administrative tasks to support the legal team as required
They must have :
