Job descriptionResponsible for the engineering design development timing and production release of the power hardware components power drive units pinch sensors and power struts. Create DFMEAs DVPRs performance standards specifications and conduct validation tests for these components. Work with cross functional team members and support plant launches by ensuring components are designed and being applied as per design intent. Investigate mechanical failures or unexpected maintenance problems and provide guidance to team members. Check designs against design guidelines corporate requirements and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications :
- A Masters degree in mechanical engineering or in a related engineering field.
- Experience in mechanical engineering or a related field will be considered an asset.
- English written / spoken.
- First experience in the Automotve industry
Additional Information :
This position required frequent travels to the USA. Candidate must be eligible for TN Visa obtention.
