The Opportunity :
Our team is growing, and as a result WSP's Earth & Environment group is currently seeking a Junior to Intermediate Environmental Technician to join our Environment team in Windsor, Ontario. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting field work related to groundwater and surface water monitoring, wastewater and landfill gas monitoring, soil sampling, including field observations for municipal and private facilities. Additionally, the successful candidate will develop comprehensive spreadsheets and figures as part of data interpretation for inclusion in detailed reports.
The WSP Environment team consists of a dynamic team of environmental engineers, geoscientists, engineers / geoscientists in training, and environmental technologists / technicians with strong technical skills and existing client relationships.
You will have the opportunity to contribute to a variety of exciting contaminated lands and waste management related projects of varying size and complexity, along with the potential for exposure to projects in other areas of Earth & Environment, including hydrogeology (e.g., aggregates).
