Your Mission :

  • Respond to online inquiries promptly and professionally. Website forms, private messages, emails – you'll handle them all with finesse!

Work with our social media team to handle customer interaction - posts, stories, for all L'OCA brands including PYRO and ORO

  • Become the go-to expert on our loyalty program, guiding customers through the perks and answering all their questions.
  • Dive into the world of events and bookings, helping bring our classroom programs to life.
  • Who We're Looking For :

  • You're a recent marketing grad eager to dive into the world of customer experience.
  • Flexibility is your middle name – evenings and weekends are no problem for you!
  • You've got excellent communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
