Possibilité d’emploi : Administrateur(trice) des réclamations

Nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) administrateur(trice) des réclamations minutieux(se) pour joindre notre équipe des réclamations en pleine croissance! Si vous aimez travailler dans un environnement dynamique, soutenir les clients et assurer l’exactitude du travail, ce poste pourrait être parfait pour vous. Postes ouverts pour les candidats bilingues (français/anglais) et anglophones.

À propos du poste

En tant qu’administrateur(trice) des réclamations, vous fournirez un soutien administratif essentiel à notre équipe des réclamations. Votre travail quotidien comprendra :

  • Gérer les appels entrants et sortants avec les fournisseurs et les participants au régime
  • Répondre à diverses demandes par courriel avec professionnalisme et clarté
  • Effectuer l’entrée de données, comme l’ouverture de nouvelles réclamations et la saisie de factures dans notre système de réclamations, de façon précise et efficace
  • Assurer la conformité de tous les détails aux exigences réglementaires pour soutenir un traitement efficace des réclamations

Horaire : du lundi au vendredi, de 9 h à 17 h (HNE)

Note : Des heures supplémentaires occasionnelles peuvent être requises.

Exigences

  • Minimum d’un an d’expérience en traitement et/ou administration des réclamations
  • Excellentes compétences en saisie de données et en dactylographie (un test sera administré durant l’entrevue)
  • Solides compétences en communication
  • Grande attention au détail
  • Capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches et à respecter les délais

Atouts

Sans être obligatoires, les éléments suivants vous démarqueront :

  • Connaissance de la terminologie médicale et de la facturation médicale
  • Expérience en réduction des coûts ou en relations avec les fournisseurs
  • Connaissance des normes de codification médicale
  • Récupération GHIP / coordination des prestations / subrogation
  • Traitement de factures ou de réclamations médicales américaines

Job Opportunity: Claims Administrator

We're looking for a detail-oriented Claims Administrator to join our growing Claims Team! If you thrive in a fast‑paced environment, enjoy supporting customers, and take pride in accuracy, this could be the perfect fit for you. Open positions for both Bilingual (French/English) and English only openings.

About the Role

As a Claims Administrator, you’ll provide essential administrative support to our Claims Team. Your day-to-day work will include:

  • Handling inbound and outbound phone calls with providers and plan members
  • Responding to a variety of email inquiries with professionalism and clarity
  • Performing data entry such as opening new claims and entering invoices into our claims system accurately and efficiently
  • Ensuring all details meet compliance and regulatory requirements to support smooth claim processing

Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 – 5:00 EST

Note: Occasional overtime may be required.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of claims processing and/or claims administration experience
  • Strong data entry and typing skills (testing is administered during the interview process)
  • Strong communication skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and manage deadlines

Considered an asset:

While not mandatory, the following will make you stand out:

  • Familiarity with medical terminology and medical billing
  • Experience in cost containment or provider relations
  • Knowledge of medical coding standards
  • GHIP recovery / coordination of benefits / subrogation
  • Handling medical invoices or claims
