Adecco is currently hiring an Customer Master Data Entry Agent for a temporary contract with our client in Edmonton, AB. In this role, you will be responsible for data entry and maintenance . As part of the Customer Master Data team, this position is responsible for the accurate entry of data into Oracle. The Customer Master Data team is responsible for the efficient and effective management of customer account profile and submission of invoices through vendor portals.

- Shift : Monday-Friday 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM (5 days in office)
- Contract Duration : 2 months (possibility of extension)

Processes all internal inbound requests for new accounts and performs updates to existing accounts in accordance with divisional policies to ensure the accuracy and quality of customer master data.Timely and accurate submission of invoices to various software / portalsCollaborate with global peers to ensure data consistencyOwn and maintain training documentation and knowledge transfer materials related to customer master data as well as creating and maintaining thorough documentation for new and enhanced processes.Other duties as assignedQualifications & Skills
High school diploma required; Associates or Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field is helpful.2-3 years of experience in data entry, customer master data management, or similar administrative roles .Ability to perform high volume data entry with speed and accuracyOracle, SAP knowledge and experience a plus. Training will be providedFamiliar with Google Suite and Microsoft Office software.Proven ability to manage multiple tasksAbility to work in a fast paced and evolving environmentMust be able to prioritize and adapt to workloads, schedules and diverse situations with a sense of urgencyExcellent oral and written communication skillsAbility to effectively present complex information and respond to questions from associates across all levels of the organizationUse logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problemsAble to identify problems and review related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutionsDemonstrated initiative with ability to work both independently and with a teamAbility to maintain a positive attitude and adapt to a changing environmentInterested in this opportunity?
