An established, independent insurance brokerage in the Fraser Valley is seeking a Personal Lines Advisor to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a reputable brokerage that values collaboration, professionalism, and client service.

About the Role

As a Personal Lines Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service to both clients and producers. This is a well-rounded position that combines new business, account servicing, and relationship management within a supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Write new personal lines business with multiple carriers, including Aviva, Family, Intact, and Wawanesa

• Quote and place business through non-standard market portals (e.g., Forward, Cansure, Premier Marine)

• Handle client and producer requests, including mid-term endorsements and cancellations

• Remarketing accounts as needed to ensure optimal coverage and pricing

• Support travel policies, ICBC transactions, and recreational vehicle policies, with a primary focus on Homeowners products

• Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, colleagues, and insurance carriers

• Clearly explain coverage options, recommendations, and market changes to clients

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Personal Lines insurance (flexibility for candidates with strong product knowledge)

• Experience working with EPIC is preferred

• Level 2 Insurance License is considered an asset but not required
