Role overview
The Facilities Maintenance and Repair Coordinator is responsible for supporting the distribution and depot teams with building maintenance and repairs, as well as facility relocations. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to develop and monitor project milestones, risks, and action plans. Travel (75% of allocated time) is required. You will ensure that facilities meet the structural standards of our FSQ program.

Responsibilities
Coordinate maintenance and repair work for several depots in the Maritimes and QuebecWork closely and coordinate with contractors, owners, and internal partnersTrack, follow up on, and close maintenance and repair requestsConduct regular site visits to assess problems and help prioritize actionsSupport compliance with company standards and safety requirementsCarry out minor repairs directly on site when necessarySupport operational managers in distribution and warehousing for assigned projects such as preventive maintenance, building maintenance and repair, building relocation / upgrade, etc.Research national / local suppliers to support the regular preventive maintenance work required in each facilityEvaluate and prioritize required repairs based on severity / risk to the consumer experience according to our FSQ programEnsure that contractors complete the work in a timely manner, respecting the order of priority and within the deadlinesSupport new location / installation optionsManage supplier integration and configuration in SAP, keep the list of supplier contacts up to dateProcess invoices and track costs for periodic reportsProvide the manager with regular updates on key upcoming milestones and risk remindersRequirements and desired profile
Post‑secondary studies in business or a related fieldAt least 3 years of relevant project management experience in a distribution and warehousing environment is preferredExcellent time management skills with the ability to multitaskMust be willing to travel up to 75% of the time to all depots and distribution centers (Quebec Province and Maritimes)Completely autonomous and capable of managing responsibilities independentlyBasic knowledge of financial reportsExcellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Passion for thriving in a constantly evolving environment with changing prioritiesCapable of performing basic or minor repairs when necessaryExcellent organizational and coordination skills
