Job Summary
A Brief Overview
Reporting to the Manager, Student Services, the Academic Program Coordinator is responsible for carrying out complex administrative tasks associated with data administration in support of the Faculty of Education programs. This includes timetabling, enrolment, application and registration processes, tracking student progress, reporting, documentation, and process mapping. This role is the primary point of contact for academic and ad hoc room bookings in Duncan McArthur Hall, as well as for reporting requirements with the Ontario College of Teachers. The Academic Program Coordinator will assist in creating and maintaining digital forms and lead document administration for the admissions process. This position will also provide administrative support with office processes. The incumbent supports the data and reporting needs of Student Services staff throughout the business cycle. This position requires a high level of attention to detail to perform quality assurance review, ensuring accuracy and integrity of data.
This position builds database queries to generate relevant information, and interpret and communicate results. This position produces data for information requests. This position audits database to ensure to data accuracy and quality. This position also drafts various electronic forms, mail templates, and report templates.
