Responsibilities :
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable on all products offered.
- Delivering sales, outstanding customer experience, and operational expectations.
- Maintaining personal and productivity goals.
- Connecting with every customer by asking open-ended questions to assess needs.
- Ability to learn and share expertise of products and trends to fit customer’s needs.
- Maintaining an awareness of all product knowledge through product knowledge training.
- Assisting with brand awareness by helping store management with social media.
Qualifications :
- 0-3 years of retail experience.
- Confident and comfortable engaging customers to deliver a positive experience.
- Motivated to achieve great results due to enthusiasm for the running environment.
- Self-motivated to complete tasks or activities with little supervision.
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
