CanCam is seeking assistance in day-to-day operations-related schedule management and resource utilization.

We seek a highly organized, detail-oriented individual to fulfill our unique needs.

If you genuinely love solving problems, being super-organized, and creating highly effective systems, then this job could be for you.

We provide our customers with accessories and tooling, along with CNC lasers and routers. But DO NOT be intimidated; if you know nothing of this field, you can learn.

Communication : Superior oral and written communication skills in order to articulate product defaults and the appropriate solution(s).

Complexity : The position is moderately complex because it sometimes faces situations requiring significant coordination to resolve.

It also requires significant attention to detail and strong organizational skills to comply with quality standards effectively.

Service Orientation / Customer Focus : Ability to provide quality and timely service to customers and colleagues while proactively seeking ways to improve service effectiveness and efficiency.

Customer / project coordination

Communicate timelines to technicians and customers, and keep customers and internal systems updated while maintaining a timely schedule.

Supplier communication

Maintain communication with suppliers and follow up on PO timelines. Prepare the Cancam team for shipments that may take time to unload.

Delivery communication

Schedule delivery dates with clients, manage their logistical requests, book our drivers, and forecast the shipping requirements.

Sales / project coordinator

Handle project administration, including cost control, schedule control and change order administration alongside of owner / management.

Plan and prepare sales order schedules and milestones and monitor progress against established schedules while communicating delays to clients.

Prepare progress reports and issue progress schedules to clients
