Quality Engineering Lead-CAN

We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance lifecycle Testing Lead with hands-on experience in Selenium and Playwright using JavaScript to join our Quality Engineering team. You will be responsible for designing developing and maintaining automated test frameworks and ensuring high-quality releases across our web applications. Required Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.
• At least 4 years of working experience in QA Testing
• Location for this position is Montreal QC
• 3 to 10 years of experience in test automation with at least 1 year using Selenium .
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript .
• Experience with CI / CD tools and integrating tests into pipelines.
• Familiarity with REST API testing and tools like Postman or Playwrights API capabilities.
• Understanding of test design patterns (e.g. Page Object Model).
• Experience with version control systems (Git).
• Knowledge of Agile / SCRUM methodologies .

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
