Interior Designer

I have partnered with an organization who are seeking an ambitious and detail-oriented Intermediate Interior Designer to join their collaborative design team. This is a full-time salaried position with the option of hybrid work (4 days in office to start). The ideal candidate will bring seasoned experience in developing projects from concept through to completion, with strong attention to detail, critical thinking skills, and the ability to contribute to a team's to success.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand project and client goals, ensuring design integrity is maintained throughout development
• Develop projects from schematic design through to construction documentation
• Participate in and guide conceptual development, space planning, programming, design development, and materials research
• Prepare presentation packages, technical drawings, details, specifications, and FF&E documents
• Communicate and coordinate effectively with consultants and team members

Qualifications

The salary for this position is negotiable based upon experience, and the compensation package includes extended health and dental benefits, 3 weeks paid vacation and additional personal days.
