General Worker - Shipping and Receiving

We are looking for a receiving, receiving/general help to join our dynamic team. The selected candidate will be primarily responsible for receiving and preparing rental equipment while providing general support in the workshop. The ideal candidate should maintain professionalism at all times and show a constant commitment to customer satisfaction. Basic mechanical knowledge is also preferred, in order to perform certain simple technical tasks or assist technicians when needed.Responsibilities: Provide equipment to customers and provide information related to equipment or tool usageInspect returned tools and equipment and communicate any damages to the teamSee to the routing of tools to the mechanical shop, the storage and rotation of the toolsPrepare items planned for delivery and pick upGet involved in branch operations (inventory, branch image, etc.)Help drivers and customers load and unload their trucksMaintain a clean working areaAssist with maintenance of the workplace.
