Are you customer-service-oriented with a strong work ethic? Do you thrive in a busy kitchen and love keeping it organized? If so, join us as our new Staff Cook. This is a permanent, full-time position with open availability Monday–Friday, 6 : 30 a.m. – 2 : 30 p.m.

Your contributions to the team include :

• Cook in all areas – hot line, sandwich & salad station, buffet, and plated service.
• Prepare daily rotating menus and ensure every dish is fresh, and of the highest quality.
• Meet strict production timelines while maintaining portion control and minimizing waste.
• Set up cafeteria and prep-kitchen equipment and workstations each shift.
• Maintain top-tier cleanliness : keep prep and service areas spotless, sanitize surfaces, and follow all established FoodSafe procedures.
• Store, label, and rotate food properly to maximize freshness and adhere to Food Premises regulations.
