EllisDon is seeking a motivated Environmental Coordinator to support our Corporate Environmental Framework and Management System. Reporting to the Corporate Director of Environment, this role will play a pivotal part in driving environmental strategies, initiatives, and compliance across the organization. The successful candidate will act as a key resource for environmental best practices ensuring EllisDon continues to drive towards leading environmental management in construction. As an Environmental Coordinator, you will :

• Coordinate national and regional environmental management meetings, including preparing materials and presentations.
• Administer EllisDon's corporate environmental management software, ensuring accurate data management, key performance indicator (KPI) tracking, and analysis.
• Contribute to reporting efforts by analyzing data and providing insights to support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Engage with business units to assess and address their environmental needs, promoting awareness and best practices.
• Provide guidance to EllisDon business units on navigating environmental risks and ensuring compliance with regulatory and corporate requirements.
• Conduct reviews of project environmental statuses, identifying potential barriers, and recommending actionable solutions for efficient site planning.
• Investigate nonconformities, ensuring corrective and preventive actions are implemented effectively across existing properties and development projects.
• Develop and deliver tailored environmental training programs to relevant departments, fostering a culture of environmental responsibility and awareness.
• Work closely with the Sustainability Team to advance the Environmental agenda, including waste tracking measures and certification processes.
