Job description

Our Edmonton client is a leader in Industrial Equipment and, and they are looking for a Sales Professional to add to their dynamic team. If you have relevant experience that prepares you well for this position, submit your resume for immediate review!

Qualifications :

  • 2+ years B2B sales experience is required.
  • Post-secondary education in Business or Mechanical Engineering would be well regarded.
  • Previous experience working with rotating equipment; pumps and compressors is preferred.
  • Solid work ethic, goal oriented and self-motivated.
  • Exceptional organization and time management skills.
  • Ability to make in-person presentations to corporate clients.
  • Able to work independently as part of a cohesive team.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a customer centered focus.
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite.
  • Travel 50% out of town for site meetings in AB and SK; must possess a valid passport for travel to the US.

Responsibilities :

  • Generate business leads through cold calling, setting up appointments with corporate decision makers
  • Prepare and deliver professional on-site presentations to potential customers demonstrating technical proficiency with compressed air and pump systems
  • Develop strong relationships with corporate clients and prospects
  • Effectively negotiate and close on new business
  • Preparation and administration of customer contracts in CRM
  • Develop annual sales plan
  • Other duties as assigned
