Yard Labourer

Responsibilities

• Material Handling : Load, unload, and move precast concrete products using cranes, forklifts, or other equipment.
• Yard Organization : Maintain proper storage and dunnage placement of finished products.
• Inspection : Check products for damage before loading and report any issues.
• Equipment Operation : Safely operate yard cranes, forklifts, and other material-handling equipment (training provided if needed). Perform checks and basic maintenance on forklift, shunt truck and front loader.
• Housekeeping : Keep yard clean and organized; remove debris and maintain safe working conditions.
• Assist Production : Support plant operations when required, including moving forms or materials.
• Safety Compliance : Follow all safety protocols, wear PPE, and report hazards materials around the site or storage facility as needed.
• Complete additional task as assigned by supervisors.

Requirements

Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
