Position Overview

We seek a dynamic and highly motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team. This role is crucial in driving our business growth by reaching out to B2B clients, scheduling appointments, and fostering excellent relationships with our outside sales team.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Outbound Calling : Proactively contact potential clients within the home builders, fleet transportation, property management, and public sector entity sectors.
  • Appointment Scheduling : Set up meetings for our outside sales team with qualified leads.
  • Relationship Building : Develop and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients and the sales team.
  • Client Research : Identify and research potential clients to understand their needs and how our services can benefit and serve them.
  • Sales Support : Assist the outside sales team in closing deals and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Experience : At least 2 to 3 years of experience as a BDR with a proven track record of success.
  • Sector Knowledge : Experience calling home builder companies is an asset, but not a necessity.
  • Education : Completion of a college or university program will be viewed as an asset.
  • CRM Skills : Strong customer relationship management software skills are a must. Experience using Zoho will be viewed as an asset.
