Job Summary

Broken Coast Cannabis is looking for a Production Associate to work in the Production department of our busy cannabis production facility.

Status

This posting is for an existing vacancy. Open‑ended contract, providing coverage for an employee on leave.

Shift Schedule

Monday – Thursday (6 : 00 am – 4 : 00 pm) – 38 hours per week

Wage

CAD $21  / hr

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Processing Supervisor, the Production Associate will be responsible for performing tasks related to hand trimming, curing, and bulk packaging. Functions of the job include :

• Hand trim product to internal standards
• Ensure product is cured and package product for shipment
• Maintain product quality standards during curing process
• Complete room set‑up, take‑down, change‑over, and product distribution processes
• Complete required training, including any required quality assurance and health and safety training
• Report any equipment or facility system deficiencies
• Adhere to all relevant Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) including but not limited to sanitation, cultivation, and processing
• Accurately complete appropriate documentation and records
• Promptly report any deviations from SOPs
