Responsibilities
- Connect, share, and partner with customers to identify and convert wireless and wireline sales opportunities.
- Help customers by meeting and exceeding their needs, and promote additional products and services that create value.
- Partner with the store team to create awareness of offers and build enthusiasm for wireless.
- Achieve personal sales goals and maintain merchandising standards.
- Support asset protection procedures and privacy standards.
- Resolve customer concerns effectively and escale to management when appropriate.
Qualifications
3 months to 1 year of wireless sales or sales experience.Strong customer focus and service orientation.Demonstrated selling ability and ability to coach others.Effective communication skills with a variety of mediums.Planning, organizing, and prioritizing efficiently to handle daily responsibilities.Technology savvy, curious, approachable, passionate, and problem‑solver.Benefits
