About the Opportunity
Under the direction of the National President, the Executive Assistant will provide diligent support and perform a variety of administrative tasks, often of a confidential nature.
Duties include but are not limited to :
- Calendar, meeting and event coordination : Schedules, coordinates and organizes meetings, conference calls, appointments, including logistics and preparation of documents
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports and documents; research and collect relevant information for more complex responses
- Conduct routine administrative activities to support the (i.e., expense and timesheet entry, coordinate travel)
- Prepare presentation materials using PowerPoint, Word and Excel programs
- Anticipate and develop materials required for internal and external meetings
- Be available to provide cross-coverage and ensure general administrative support
About You
The successful candidate will have the following :
Post-secondary education in an administrative discipline and / or experience providing administrative support in a comparable business environmentDemonstrated experience working in a senior office before and understanding the functioning and importance associated with the management of such an office - minimum three to five years’ experience providing a full range of executive administrative support in a similar operational environment (including scheduling; meeting minutes; expense reports; travel, inquiry triage and response)Bilingual - French and English is mandatoryDemonstrated proficiency in all aspects of MS Office; with advanced knowledge of Outlook, PowerPoint and ExcelExceptional prioritizing and organizational skills within a fast-paced environmentHigh level of accuracy and attention to detailExcellent customer service orientation, sensitive to client issues and understanding of importance of diplomacy and confidentialityDemonstrated ability to interact professionally with people at various levels of an organizationAbout the Job
This role is a full-time, permanent position offering a salary between $80,000 to $87,500 on an annual basis, along with an excellent benefits package.
