Bilingual (French) Emergency Support Specialist (247 Shift - Law Enforcement Support)

One of our telecommunication clients is looking for a Bilingual (French) Emergency Support Specialist (24 / 7 Shift - Law Enforcement Support) Length : 6 months Contract with a possibility of extension Location : Edmonton, AB or Montreal, QC - Hybrid, with training to take place in office for first few weeks. Working Hours : Shift work position 24 / 7 / 365 includes day and night shifts Preferred Time Zone : MT. (shifts are 12.5 hrs - 6 to 6 : 30 MT both ways.)  DESCRIPTION : Shift work position 24 / 7 / 365 includes day and night shifts. Work with law enfrocement across Canada in real time life and death emergency situations. Must be fluent in English and French, spoken and written. Must have good PC skills and capable to handle stressful situations as well as quick thinker and professional. Must be mature, punctual and reliable. RequirementsProfessional titles and professional certifications : - Post-secondary diploma in IT MUST-HAVE SKILLS : - Fully bilingual - English and French- 2 Ability to work 24 / 7 / 365 rotation shifts nights / days- Punctual, reliable and analytical skills NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS : - Working knowledge of Google Suite as well as MS Windows & Office suite : Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook.- Experience in technical support- Ability to handle high volume calls SKILLS AND ABILITIES : - Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft development environment (VB. NET, C#, Web Services, .NET Framework).- Knowledge of HL7- Knowledge of integration engine such as mirth is an asset- Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server- Experience in the field of medical systems is an asset- Competence in investigation, analysis, problem solving and decision making- Interpersonal and communication skills- Bilingual (French and English)  URGENT : Please read the job description above.
