The Solo GI brand is currently undergoing a relaunch with an improved formulation and new product lines marketed toward health-conscious individuals.
The Role
Solo GI is looking for a visionary and dedicated Chief Executive Officer who can drive the innovative brand forward. The ideal candidate will build up a high-performing team, refine manufacturing processes, ensure efficient supply chain operations, and establish the brand in a competitive market.
As the senior leader at Solo GI, the CEO will form strong partnerships in the industry and inspire a talented team to navigate the dynamic consumer products market and shape the future of the emerging brand.
Responsibilities
- Leading the effective implementation of Solo GI’s strategic plan and vision
- Ensuring the company’s financial sustainability and growth, including financial planning, budgeting, and managing cash flow
- Building and maintaining relationships with business partners and key stakeholders
- Overseeing day-to-day operations and maintaining standards for quality and efficiency
- Optimizing the supply chain to ensure smooth coordination of manufacturing, shipping, and distribution processes
- Guiding research and development to innovate new products and refine existing offerings in with market trends and consumer preferences
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and identify new market opportunities
- Creating marketing strategies to enhance brand recognition and increase customer engagement
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory and legal requirements
- Representing the company to the public and media
- Developing and motivating a team of high-performing employees
- Fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and success
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required, MBA strongly preferred
- Proven experience as an executive leader in a similar role within the consumer products industry
- Expertise in financial management and strategic planning
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of market trends and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities and risks
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to forge relationships and employees and stakeholders
